Army Mentality
Army living is not a lifestyle,
it is a way of life, to stay alive.
Day in and day out, becomes our ritual,
while staying strong, to survive.
Looking from the front,
and behind the back,
constantly looking around,
in a steady pace.
Keeping are skills up, to be ready for,
being deployed, in such, a scary place.
As soldiers we truly never know,
the outcome of the things we do.
If we become bothered over that, then,
we will self defeat, all the way through.
So hence forth on a meaningful march,
with ourselves dedicated, to follow the beat.
Going onward forward, until the very end,
until there is never again, a harmful repeat.
