Aria of Darkness

Silent lonely tears she acquiesced
Echoing bluesy aria of darkness
Across the sky scattered starlight 
Delving amorously into each night
Secrets the shadow to reveal
Wispy aria notes drift surreal
Reading asteroids like tea leaves
Inventing convoluted alibis nobody believes
Until their next melodious rendez-vous
Say so long darling… adieu
