Are you able to sleep

I Hope You Are Able To Sleep
—————————————-

I hope you are able to sleep
head on pillow, eyes closed, deep.
This journey you are on, painful
to serve, to support, so mindful.
No recognition of your role
makes you cry and cuts to your soul.
Do you find time to fall asleep
so much going on, that’s a leap.
Your perspective is so narrow
so fly away, like a sparrow.
To get some help, to breakaway
or maybe just to hear him say,
Thank you.
