Notes:

Ardhnarishwar is a Sanskrit word meaning half man, half woman. It has to do with polarity balance within our mind-body.

Pranic ... to do with prana, another Sanskrit term meaning life-force, the force that keeps us alive.

Five sheaths of consciousness - the visible form is material, other subtler layers are Prana or energy (life force), lower and higher minds/emotions and bliss sheath.

Ardhnarishwar, Sanskrit word, little known Male and female poles, within our form sown One aspect active, the other dormant Just as we are partially sentient Seeds of head-heart balance, yet to be grown In silence, we all feel magnetism warm Five sheaths of consciousness adorn our form Material, pranic, two minds and bliss When aligned, manifests divine caress Pulsating within, as a benign storm The truth is indeed, stranger than fiction Garnered easily, through meditation If we choose to let go, we may get to Truth of Gods breath, which within us renews Divine union birthing bliss elation We see around, sacred geometry Ardhnarishwar; our form in harmony 01-May-2021

Loved this wonderful write, Seeker:-) I've started learning Sanskrit words and I'm rather fascinated with them; they roll off the tongue quite nicely!

information is available on the net, Wikipedia, tantric scriptures (krama mudra) ... it has to do with kundalini rise, polarity balance, descent to heart, where union takes place, bestowing bliss in permanence.
