Arabesque

ARABESQUE  (triple Haiku) 

faded lace    old times
this favorite tune playing
“smoke gets in your eyes’

she said “I love you”
and at the moment    meant it
time jaded    spilt wine

simple arabesque
but oh    so complicated
she said    “I love you”
