Aquila and I

I rode with Aquila
Across the meadows
Through the trees
His love,
Is all I need

That I chose
A man
That carried a longbow
In that clearing
I stepped in from the night

Summer nights
Are not the same
Without him
Summer days
With Aquila
Sublime

Faerie magic
In this joining
Of stars
Magic
Nature
And love
