April's Pink Moon lures the rain king,
from a storm to a gentle squall;
She is the reason robins sing.
Orchestrating the birth of spring
life's obedient to Her call;
She is the reason robins sing.
Reflecting the light sunbeams bring
She morphs into a bright pink ball;
orchestrating the birth of spring.
She glows, within, a golden ring,
and beams Her gentle light to all;
She is the reason robins sing.
She comes when icicles still cling
and snow covers the death of fall,
orchestrating the birth of spring.
In a midnight sky, She's everything
wearing misty drops like a shawl.
April's Pink Moon lures the rain king
She is the reason; robins sing.
