Appeal To a Little Cloud

Fluffy,puffy little cloud
I know that you are allowed
To give a little rain to me
So I can grow into a great, big tree.

I would like to stretch up high,
Maybe even touch the sky,
Spread my limbs and branch out
So all my leaves can dance about.

But if you don't give me some rain
I know my roots will feel the strain,
Please don't be afraid to cry
And let teardrops fall from the sky.

Such an innocence displayed here... I would read this to any youngster... any day... It felt to light and simple... Yet so very true to the world. BRAVO! In short I loved it!
