Appalachian Trail

Deserted cabins
Trees gnarled by wailing winds
The sound of a bear

Though id never seen a bear in reality..You definitely give me the feel of myself being in that log cabin : ) Maybe i could offer him honey and become friends..Maybe i should pretend that and let it smell me all over..shoot a gun on the air to scare it away or make sure door doesn t open with the wind.Tnks for sharing this haiku..it makes one use all senses.
