Apocalyptic Visions

Earths red crust shudders
Skyline crackles purple forks
Famine feet flurry

My willow tree scorched
Lunar eclipse eternal
Barefoot beach walk dream

Volcanic ash views
A black season treelines crunch
Whimpered solo bark

Stagnant water tea
Pungent roots and herbs galore
Humanless abyss

Thanks, Linda. I don't really do 'apocalyptic', but this was for a competition.
