The only match i saw was an Andy Murray one lol - been too busy picking strawberries lol:-) Never been to wimbledon but i used to watch it avidly when i was younger i dont find it as exciting nowadays without the characters like Mcenroe and Connors lol:-) hugs Jan xx

Great haiku, but pass on the strawberries and cream. Like oysters, I fail to understand the attraction . . . . ., but the birds love both!

I have the tv on and do my poetry at the same time - I watch a bit of the tennis and am enjoying the tour de france highlights as our Manx rider has come back after 3 years of illness and has won 3 stages!:-) hugs Jan xx

And the people "love" it, of course. But in tennis lingo that's a zero. Only tennis could equate the two. We do love you and all that you do--I think having the opportunity to read your work has added 6 years to my life!! I'm smiling!
