Written initially 9/4/24, but completed (?) 11/21/24

I like the ideas of angels waiting for judgement day as others may. But time passes by faster for them, and in hoping to see any change in people some become bitter and disillusioned. But then, how would that affect their entrance back into Heaven? I can only wonder..

The angel works the tollbooth Exclaiming commands for change They are a barber on the side with faded tattoo arms Holding shears made of fire coated in silent pious rage Hiding blood in their thermos Waiting for a Judgement day
