Anxiety

Anxiety

It’s so hard to live life with anxiety
You think before you make the next move
To get out in society
 Pre thinking all situations
Running through your mind
At times it’s hard to be kind
Getting anxious over things we can’t control
Is so frustrating
And eats at your soul
 You cannot breathe
 You cannot focus
All in all
 You feel hopeless
You’re trapped in your world with no way out
 Most of the time
 We want to shout
We want help, we want support
And not to be somebody’s report
The help is there, if you care
 To start a new day
With a breath of fresh air.
