Ants

"i am like a single sandcorn
on a giant beach.
an irrelevant drop of water
in the big blue sea.
like an ant
marching on without knowing
anything about everything.
a blackhole could eat us all
in one bite,
we wouldn't even realize it.
monstrous asteroid erased all beings on earth,
no one heard it.
did we even exist?"
