Anticipating

The right to find a new beginning has swelled
with water from you flooding my old end.
I've drown myself into oblivion,
I'm tossing and turning again.
Where is my new beginning?
it's been flooded by old blocking new in.
I need to see new horizons,
but I'm scared of the places I've been.
Heaven is in a dream
that's just around the corner seeping in,
awaiting me,
and God I'm so scared to breathe in.
