Another On Add

It’s a feeling of stuck
As the world keeps spinning
Babies grow up
Winners keep winning

Dreams come true
Hard work pays off
Flowers accrue
You reap your crops

Bank accounts grow
From saving your cash
You learned what you know
From staying, on task

Rome was not built
In one single day
The earth will not tilt
If you take time to play

These are the basics
Applying to all
But me, I chase it
And repeatedly, fall

I put in the time
Just like the rest
I’m always behind
But doing my best

I told my father I figured out I have an ADD brain... believing I am just stupid, lazy and insolent is easier to believe, "everybody cuts a tag out of their shirt if it irritates them"... at least my honey said "well it doesn't feel like razor blades to everybody". It's good to have someone in your court, tucking away that desire for parental acceptance. x
