Another Beautiful Day
Darkness has settled
Sparkling stars in the midnight sky
A melon moon for us to view
A crackling fire with radiant heat
A silent night
A rainbow of colors filter through the sky
The sun is peeking up – this is why
Dampening dew all around
Smoldering coals
Chilling air
A new day awakes
The rolling river glistening
Under the rays of the sun
Warms my soul
Gentle breeze rattling leaves
Birds singing their song of praise
I believe that peace exist
All you have to do is look around
