Anniversary

It’s 25 years since our first date I proposed to you I wasn’t prepared to wait Two years after our first date we got wed Hope we have many more years ahead After two years I had our amazing son He’s at university now my job as ‘mum’ is done It’s been a tough time since you had cancer Being positive has been the answer We live our lives from day to day I wouldn’t want it any other way Jan Allison 22nd June 2014

Jan A loving and emotionally filled write. Its wonderful you have stuck by each other through everything and have not gvien up. That's what makes love work. I will be celebrating my 28th in a week. Thank you for the nice comment on my You Tube poem. That was the 4th poem I posted on here.

Thanks Paul - I am sure the poem will still be getting comments in a few days now - 25 years boy how time flies and so much has happened and is still happening in our lives - its going to continue to be a tough year but we will get through. I have so much support from people on here I am truly blessed:-) Hugs Jan

Hi Casarah our silver anniversary is in 2 years - we have been together 25 years - couldn't get any carnations - the shop was sold out so will get some on Thursday - I still have some in the house to cheer me up. As for Roses - last time I got given them by a man was 1997 when I split with my boyfriend and he tried to get me back - it didn't work! Hugs as ever Jan xxx
