Anna Banana

My cat Anna
She likes to slide
Anna Banana
Coming in wide

Riding on the slimy peel
Paws stained bright yellow
Chasing after her next meal
Furry white mouse fellow

Stopping short, missing the turn
Sliding past the bait
Doesn't learn, feeling the burn
Tasty treat will have to wait

Mouse scurries out the gate
Poor cat always late

Hello Wendy Stien, so nice to meet you. I guess your cat is moving too fsat in order not to catch the mouse. Nice to meet you. Enjoy your day my friend. /Darlene/
