Angry Eyes

What is the drive
That runs the inside
The one taking names
To feed angry eyes

And if the drive lied
To multiply pride
And you were aware
Would you even divide

Would you pull it aside
Or simply comply
Still feeling pleased
Though unjustified

I’m on the outside
And miss you and I
This drive, a barrier
To feed angry eyes
