Anger

Anger is an illness

That hurts us deep inside

When we try to justify it

It's to ourselves we have lied

It always fuels our wars

At the heat of bigotry

Whenever we use it

It ends in misery

But anger brings a twist

In many different ways

It masquerades as hatred

Which we know never pays

Anger is part of our culture

It's roots are deep within

There seems no way to break it

We're stuck with this deadly sin

How about make love not war

Seems a thing of the past

We really need to love each other

And have peace on Earth at last

I agree. But I think it will only come when Lord comes to reign for 1000 years.
