Anger

to be tired, strapped, drugged into silence
by and by sleep, sleep drown your thoughts
your feelings. trying to stay calm try to hang on
anger boiling up inside ready to explode the
monster inside is release from my shell
in which it hides, how lovingly dangerous
the feeling, the red haze, berzerked. no
feelings thru my body the only sound i hear
are the cracking of my bones.
