Anger

Red everywhere, 
thick toxins in the air.
Entering my lungs.
Buzzing in my skull;
hear the hum.
Tension in my veins.
Grab my chest;
immobilizing pain.
No self control,
time to let go.
Release...
Calm sounds
buzz around. 
Can't hold,
feelings so strong.
Breathe deep;
relaxation heaps.
Look on the ground:
Smile.
Let go you're not angry anymore
