Angel Rays
As I stand in the glorious rays of sunlight
My soul warms to a glow at this magical sight
The winter sun breaks through escaping a cloud
A choir of angels start a harmony soft but loud
They sing of the times that will come to pass
I sit and listen on the greenest patch of grass
Singing of love and peace surrounding the earth
I hope everyone can hear them from LA to Perth
A beautiful voice whispers to me of good times to come
I stand up and dance until my body starts going numb
Then I shed a tear of joy, one single joyous tear
I marvel in oar at the sight I have oh so near
I see across the valleys to the mountains beyond
The angel rays have spread shining a new fern frond
Bright green and ready to unfurl, like life begins anew
I had to grab a pen and share this vision with you
So you can feel as I do, the warm glow of my soul
I hope it fills you with the love to get out of any hole
Oh! My soul shines brightly at this magical sight
As I raise my arms to the glorious rays of angel light
