Angel of My Heart

Oh my beloved come take flight,
Come and join me in peaceful night,
Angel of my heart.
Sing in my dreams beautiful light,
You are such a beautiful sight,
Love’s fanfare does start.

Light of desire you are my dream,
Walk with me by the starlight stream,
Come now I implore.
We share our love in moonlight beam,
Together we share love supreme,
We walk through love’s door.

In Heaven’s glory we both shine,
You are ever my love divine,
We do cry love’s tears.
In joy our temples do entwine,
Your lips they are now upon mine,
Gone now are my fears.

Come lie with me upon love’s shore,
You the one whom I do adore,
Angel of my heart.
