Angel Dear
Angel Dear
I pray guardian Angel dear,
That God allows you to be near,
To watch over me day and night,
And protect me with your Holy might.
I remember guardian Angel dear,
That the world offers a lot to fear,
And there is no place to really hide,
So I ask God to put you by my side.
I know Guardian Angel dear,
Why you are always here,
Because God loves us very much,
You are to watch over us.
I thank you guardian Angel dear,
We know your message is clear,
Why we both exist on Heaven and Earth,
Is to praise God since our birth.
I will never know Guardian Angel dear,
How many times death has been near,
And when you covered me with your wings,
For only God knows these things.
