ANGEL: A GENTLE SOUL

A gentle soul, in wooden frame
An angel in fantasy game
That's trapped within a cage of stone
It pained in secret, so alone

Until the reign of feeling's free
The time for its soul to go flee
To venture in the world, unknown
And break the chains from cage of stone

And so, the angel broke away
And saved the courage, day by day
And at the right time, flew so high
Flapping those wings to touch the sky
