Angel

Even now she lives on in my mind, as beauty
  pure in conscious and unconscious state,
dwelling the byways of labyrinthine thought,
  a vision of smiles, she will shine, radiate.
Hovers the beaten boards of stage memorial,
  levitates with porcelain feet hanging bare,
adorned in robes of silken snow fall,
  a halo of sun burning gold in her hair.
In a candlelit ambience, hands clasped in prayer,
  contours of face gently daubed of white rose,
she mouths silent arias, tames the wild night
  with magnificent love and grace in expose.
Even now she lives on in my mind, an angel
  cast pure in every thought and deed;
as the clouds roll on in I shall never forget
 Christmas tree angel...the only one I need.
