‘An ember sparked will softly glow’
Nicely worded by her pen in “Cinder Girl”
Dietrich gives the heart a brilliant show
Reminding youth to be true to who you are
Ending up the lyric, “Know what you want”
Assuring them to ‘Go for it’ – be a star!

Delivering “Angels in the Rain” to us all
Including words about God’s love
Ending thoughts making one feel small
Teaching always, about hope within
Reminding us that ‘he has my heart’
In, “Love at First Sight” and I grin
Cherishing this poetess and her gift
Heaven knows how her poems do lift
