Notes About The Poem

Andrea and the Andarees

Andrea and the Andarees' tour once more: girl group sings the hits their fans adore. Their moves and harmonies strong; the crowds sing along, they know each song - words that reach every heart. No wrong notes - they know they all belong on stage, soaking up the frenzied roar: Andrea and the Andarees' tour once more!

Only you could've thought of tuning your creativity to honor the creator of this beautiful form. I love how deeply you've portrayed the fun loving, cheerful and witty traits of Andrea in this Andaree my friend. Congratulations on your win. This is brilliant :)

Gee, this is really a nice tribute to the group. Maybe you could sent it to them. I'll betcha they'd like it a lot. I know I would if I were in the group... Well, I CAN sing, but the girl part I wouldn't be so great at, eh? LOL. Really nice andaree, John. Special cheers, Gershon

Hey, if Tony Curtis and Jack Lemon in 'Some Like it Hot', I see no reason why you can't do the same, Gershon. You may have to lose the beard though, LOL! Thanks again for a fun comment, my friend.

Very cute, John. you did great with your first Andaree! It's funny, I'd never have rhymed tour with more, but I bet many people say it the way you do!! My tour sounds like Toor or ture.

I agree with your assessment of the word 'tour', so I restructured the andaree a bit. Thanks for your feedback ~ John
