And I'M Still Here Trying To Heal

Watching you strive this instinctive way Reminds me of a time I broke my blades. Blessed with a choice of either the grey Or keep believing black and white stay. Implications and situations bind me Blood letting and grotesque be. Looking back at the fate I questioned I’m still here in front god’s attention. Each day was considered a form of hell’s plight On the simple notion heartache did fight This poem or written thought reminds me I was once like you And with that reminder I’m here to tell I’m still healing, you will too.
