I think I've always loved you
I know I always will
An inkling from a moment
When time for me stood still
It happened when I saw you
'Twas beauty undenied
I couldn't get you off my mind
No matter how I tried
Perhaps I'll never have you
To love you like I would
But how those dreams about it
For me were oh so good
And maybe love had for me
No longer is in place
But thinking that you did once
Puts smiles on my face
