Remembering the day I really met you,
I realised how much I've admired you.
Thinking about that day,
I've found happiness.
You shine brighter than the sun in summer,
You calm us better than any peaceful song,
You give us more energy than any energetic drink,
You love us more than any person in this world.
And I would love to be like you,
Just a little bit like you.
And I would love to feel like you do,
Because you're like a white dove.
You're a tiger when things become unjust;
You're a dolphin when learning.
You're a puppy when loving others;
You're a bird when following your dreams.
Because you've taught us about love,
I would like to tell you how much I'm grateful.
Because you've taught us about life,
I'm writing to you this poem.
I've found cheerfulness when thinking about you,
Because you're happiness.
I've found peace when writing to you,
Because you inspires it.
