An Office For Lease

I am sitting in front of an empty building.
Large red, white and blue sign says “for lease”.
What would I do here?
Creative writing center?
Art center?
Botanical garden?
Toy museum?
Clutter our Way or the Highway?
Birdbrains Anonymous?
Crones United?
Hag’s Homemade Brews?
Psychedelic Phenomenon?
Krutsinger’s Believe it or Rot?
Voodoo Dolls and Vampires?
The ideas are endless.
I dial the number, to find out what the rent is.

Hey Caren, did you settle on what you will do with it? I vote for Voodoo Dolls and Vampires...probably a good market...nah!

I was waiting to get my hair cutting place to open the door and I saw the "for lease sign" and I had ten minutes so I wrote five poems; this was one of them.
