An Oasis In a Desert Mind
Perhaps a fleeting moment
An oasis in a desert mind
Every one reason left broken
Yet freed from the grasp of time
The more attention I paid to listen
The lesser to be heard is all to hear
As mind and body decided to distant
The soul no longer wanders too near
Myself as a being even I do not know
Beautifully strange as well exotically sad
One who loves do not always like to show
As oppose to pain for hatred never bled
We are here for time, nothing more
And time is here for us beyond judgement
Have you found a reason to be here for?
Can you even remember forgettable achievements?
I like to think that I'm living for myself
Yet often I find myself living for others indefinitely
To finally have time becomes amazing wealth
For every fleeting moment to measure immeasurably
