An Interview With An Angel
I met my guardian angel in my dream last night
He was wearing white gown, pure and bright!
I asked him to sit in front at a beautiful garden’s side
For a short interview on his role as my guide.
He was so handsome, fair and cute like me
Same as my age, with long hair and spherical body
He introduced himself as Aronoel or Noel, my boy version
His name is a reverse of mine. Surprised, but I went on!
After his short and astounding self-introduction
I asked him the basic but most important questions
“Next, how long have you been watching over me?”
He said, “By the time God breathed life to thee.”
He continued, “I kept watching you overnight and day
Never been tired protecting you in every step of the way
You were never alone, I was with you in all places you go
I’m your lifetime companion and a friend who loves you so.”
I added, “What are your strengths and weaknesses?”
He said, “ I’ve God’s wisdom and power, I’m your fortress
I don’t have weaknesses, I can always empower you
With God’s Spirit I abide, so you will constantly grow.”
I hope you don’t mind answering another question, Angel Aronoel?
Why are you watching over a female like me and you’re a male?
He replied, “We, angels are spirits but a human form in apparition
Some angels disguise on earth while doing their divine mission.
My guardian angel, when’s the time you’ve conflict?
He answered quickly, “That’s when you’re spiritually weak”
When I see you struggling, anxious, stressed, yet prayerless
I’ll draw my sword out of my scabbard to fight force of evilness.”
Please have my last question, dear Angel Aronoel, my guardian
How do you see yourself in the future, hope you understand?
Well, my future depends solely on your good deeds and your life span
If you live long righteously in my protection, it’s triumphant.
