An Everlasting Moment
There you are absolutely still
thinking ahead in all eternal
but also looking behind as is the same
your life summed up in a little kernel
Life is in all ways eternal
except when death stops the flow
moment by moment describes eternity
always there continually moving to go
We live within an eternal breath
enclosed and sealed nothing to count
with no start or finish in our estimation
riding our white horse drinking from our fount
This is a moment so sublime
lasting in our time for ever
oh to imagine this like a dream
now that would be really clever!
