An Easter Emergence

The bunnies emerge from their home On this beautiful spring day, The Fairies gather around them They laugh, dance and play. The Fairies gather up the Easter eggs That the Easter Bunny left behind, The Fairies share their treats They are being very kind. The playful babies enjoy this They run around their loving home, It's time for the Fairies to go now To other dens, they do roam. Copyright Cynthia Jones Apr.8/2007

Hello Cynthia, now that the fun is over, I got to read me some Easter Poems. I find this one very interesting. I never sought of visualizing Easter and Fairies on the same poems. hehe, I've always wondered what happen to the eggs the bunnies leave behind. Now, I'll never be able to get the image of fairies gathering and enjoying all the treats... Love it... LINDA
