An App

An app for his kingdom
Richard would say
If alive today

The world it seems is just
An application away
The computer runs our lives
And holds great sway

The brain has become optional
In our technological world
Gadgets galore have superseded
Our common sense
We would gladly drive into a stream
Because we always heed what the
Satnav says

A technological revolution
Is this convenience at a touch
An intrusion in all aspect of our lives
That can be too much
