An angry woman shouted
out slogans her group touted
against the COVID vaccine,
face masks, and basic hygiene.
She claimed her right of free speech,
vaccines were an overreach
and not about risk or health
but about power and wealth.
Till democracy's dream dies
she is free to spread her lies,
freedoms and rights run amuck
leave caring people dumbstruck.
When it's either votes or breath,
politics trumps life and death,
and politicians lean right
let's hope the truth wins this fight.
