An Angel In Disguise

Angelically 'gainst windowpane.
Pure innocence, with child like eyes.
Her gentle charms are so serene,
With grace unblemished by a stain.
That portrait so befits a queen.
This shining light, in maidens guise,
   In time, would paradise regain?
   Her elegance, no gaze denies.
   Enchantment simply evergreen.
   True beauty; she,will still remain,
Heaven; on Earth, her wings unseen.
   Truly an Angel in disguise.

Hi SKAT, thankyou once again for your congratulations. It seems like a case of deja vu as you congratulated me six weeks ago for the same poem in another contest. Read below to my other replies to find out why. Goorge.

Hi Anthony, thankyou for your explanation why a mistake was made.It is just another coincidence that it seemed to fit into your contest. I entered this poem in a contest by Isaiah Zerbst where it gained a first place.I had not penned this poem until six days after i entered your contest with Aurora and Avalanche. What intrigues me is how it could happen or has something like this occured before. I have now submitted it in the contest Screwed.I am hoping for an explanation from anybody as to why. Yours G seal.

Thanks LINDA, it's a big mistake, it seems Aurora and Avalanches never reached the starting line. I have had some trouble to get logged on for two weeks now. An Angel in Disguise had been entered and i don't know how as i did not write it until six days after i entered Aurora and Avalanches. It seems that the poems have not been read. George
