An Abandoned Quest

Today I hear a clear sound coming forth
A scraping of shovels digging my grave
I abandon my quest to save this Earth -
One tear falls - it was never mine to save

Thank goodness some people think it's their responsibility to save the world. Sure it's a battle they can't win but what a worthy cause and of course they always succeed to make this world a better place. Lovely tribute to everyone out there who wants to leave this world a better place. Bravo, Larry.
