Amen

And I will be with only you
Forever and ever amen

And I will be forever true
Forever and ever again

And you will make me weak at the knees
Save me from sorrow, suffering, disease,
It’s you alone I long to please
Forever and ever amen

No mortal coil shall tear us apart
Forever and ever amen

No charm offensive can steal my heart
Forever and ever my friend

And I will love you more each day
And you will take my breath away
To you my soul I give away
Forever and ever amen

I’m blind to the truth
Of the wolf in a suit
Fooled by the spin
And the evil within

A voice that is caged
By an inner rage
A song will release
Imprisonment cease

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
