Amelia Lorelei

I’ve waited months for the day of your birth to arrive. The time for you to enter this world is long overdue. Your mother and I have been married for year number five. It’s just before Christmas and all I want now is you. When you didn’t come on time, I got a little scared. That’s when I realized that I was ready to be a father. Whenever you’re ready, I promise that I’ll be there With open arms to care for both you and your mother. You’ve shown me what it means to love someone so pure, A life of innocence, with only love to give. You will always be in my heart, of that you can be sure. You will be my angel on Earth for as long as I live.
