Amber Oceans

When you closed your eyes a final time,
twin amber oceans slowly died.

Somewhere amidst the seamless mist,
a newly minted soul in pristine winged bliss.

A heavenly harmony rides an eternal tide,
I pray for a star-dusted stroll to the brighter side.

Until then, the plow horse plows a winter field
A blue seed of memory stirs just beneath an icy shield.
