Amanda Hall

This story is true I'm about to tell, Is about a mystery about a girl drowning in dark forgotten well. In the late summer, when the leaves began to fall, A family that moves to kentucky, their last name hall. A mother, father and daughter,a family of three, A loving family that the community could see. In the summer of 1908,their daughter went out walking one late cool night, On their farm in the field,in the pale moon light. Walking and whistling and enjoying the brisk air, In the field was a buried well, she didn't know was there. Fell through the dirt and to the bottom, that was dark, All she could see at top was a light of a spark. She tried to get out,but no luck at all, She finally gave up,and left scratches on the wall. No one found her,as the years past on, Her father and mother new she was gone. Her body to this day was never was found, Some say they can hear in a field,a screaming sound. Amanda hall was her lovely name, A terrible accident, that became. Her ghost is seen only when the moon is full, Dressed in white that is made from wool. The night she died, she gave it one more try,to climb the well wall, Dehydrated and barely could see, took her last breath, the girl they called Amanda Hall.
