Am I Supposed To Love You From Isolation?

Am I supposed to love you from isolation?
From miles away?
Put your feelings away.
Lock
Your trying,
Your wanting,
Your supporting,
Your everything,
Away.
Oh, just stay.
We’ll figure it out.

I just read everything you posted on the 15th. I'm bowled over with the sincerity and intensity of your writing. Clearly, it comes from your gut. Very brave... I've never read any of your writing before tonight, but I will from here on out... Jack

It takes a very dedicated love to say "Just stay. We'll figure it out." We can try to lock out those feelings, but isolation is no way to live. I like the upbeat ending in this wonderful poem, Ashley! Thank you for sharing it! Best wishes, Carolyn
