Am I In Heaven
My life these days,
Seems like a dream.
It shows in so many ways,
Especially in the way my eyes gleam.
You rekindled a smoldering ember,
I thought would never again be.
I fail to remember,
Ever being this happy.
With my heart beating ever so erratic,
I feel so thriven.
I have never been so ecstatic,
Tell me--am I in Heaven?
