Always You
i had this dream inside my head
a constant stream of vibrant red
a wonderous sight upon my mind
filled with light of every kind
it gave my heart such golden wings
a rhaptious start of many things
as an angels song filled the air
i know i belong in that place where
my soul is one and my heart is pure
my days in the sun forever and more
but as i wake the sun hits my eyes
i see my mistake with pleasant surprise
with an angel ive been all night through
it was never a dream it was always you
