You slip and turn like a falling leaf
I thought forever was what you'd mean
But I found out, you were just turning 'round again
As it turns out, you're not so grounded
Mesmerizing, hypnotizing, drifting here and there
But always in the air, always in the air
I adored, shadows in your form, I found you wonderful

Falling for you changed my whole world
But somehow I was just another girl
Your fickle heart, tore mine apart on accident
You changed your mind, one more time as you fell
Mesmerizing, hypnotizing, drifting here and there

And by the time you see what you've lost
I'll be happy again and moved on
All your regret, will just spin you 'round again
But no more content, with just falling I'll be held

And when you finally hit the ground
And gather to you all the bits you've found
